Group flights will give you the most peace of mind AND buys you time to set up a payment plan without needing passport credentials and balance until May 2025. We recommend arriving into Crete on Aug 18th and leaving on 24th/25th which is when the group flight is. We know many of you are extending stays so please be aware you can still utilize Mel to tailor your travel where applicable. You are also free to utilize your own travel agents. HER - Heraklion Airport (https://www.heraklion-airport.info/) is approx. 20 minutes from Amirandes Grecotel. Similarly the main Heraklion Port is also approx. 20 minutes away and has similar resources to the airport such as Car Rentals through Avis, Enterprise and Europcar etc. Many guests are staying at villas or Air BnB in the area; but some are also staying at the various hotels in the area.

We completely understand if you are unable to make the trip due to scheduling, budgeting, travel restrictions etc.; we have provided a Q&A during the RSVP to state your preference on how you would want to celebrate with us if unable to attend. If there is enough feedback for a larger group event back in Canada we will look into renting out a restaurant for a cocktail event; OR we will absolutely make time for those who rather do 1X1 dinners etc.
